After 9 years service with the Canadian Air Force, embarked on a 24 year career with Canadian high technology companies (Celestica, Wescam, Gandalf and Dipix) with assignments covering business development (acquisitions as well as “greenfield” construction projects); all aspects of operations and services within the factory and field operations; marketing and sales; and, customer satisfaction and customer relations, primarily at the executive level.

Since 2004, consulting to senior executives on strategic issues and concerns covering organizational development, marketing and sales, geographic growth and business expansion, and customer relationship management. Business planning including competitive intelligence and techniques to focus operational plans on meeting strategic goals.
