Contracting with JPOM
Should you wish to contract directly with any individual JPOM associate, those terms are strictly a matter for the client and the associate. JPOM has no FEE, role, insight, or influence.
Should you wish to contract for a “project”, or similar defined work package, JPOM will undertake the task under various forms, subject to client preference and nature of the work package. Normally these options would comprise:
Cost plus fixed fee
Cost plus incentive fee
Fixed price
Risk sharing
